Our Commitment

At JEL, my focus is on providing support, validation, guidance, and practical coping strategies - rooted in lived experience, ongoing professional study, and a deeply client-centered approach.

You deserve a space where you can talk openly, be believed, and feel supported without judgment.

What I Offer

Non-clinical emotional support, mental health guidance, and psychoeducation for individuals who want a safe place to explore their experiences and strengthen coping skills

My support is especially suited for those navigating:

Chronic Illness Support

Gentle understanding and support for the emotional and everyday challenges of living with chronic health conditions.

We focus on pacing, boundaries, self-advocacy, grief, burnout, and navigating the medical system - with someone who gets it.

Emotional Well-Being & Stress Support

Support for overwhelm, mood struggles, anxiety symptoms, and emotional overload. I help you build grounding skills, emotion regulation tools, and gentle routines without pressure or judgement

 Trauma Aware Support

I provide a trauma-informed, non-clinical space for individuals with trauma histories or C-PTSD to feel safe, validated, and understood.

We focus on:

- grounding

- understanding triggers

- rebuilding self-trust

- stabilizing routines

- nervous-system awareness

This is not psychotherapy, but supportive guidance grounded in safety, compassion, and lived experience

Neurodivergent Support  (ADHD, Autism, etc.)

A validating space to explore executive-function struggles, sensory overwhelm, masking fatigue, relationship challenges, and self-acceptance. We work on practical coping strategies, nervous-system regulation, communication, and daily-life supports

Meet Your Support Practioner

Hi, I'm Melle - the heart behind JEL Support. I'm a Support Practitioner offering non-clinical emotional support and mental-wellness guidance.

I am currently continuing my professional studies in psychology, and I bring both formal learning and personal experience to the work I do. My goal is to create a space where you feel fully understood, supported, and empowered - especially if you've felt dismissed or overlooked in the past

I am not a registered psychotherapist or mental-health clinician. I provide non-clinical support, coaching, guidance, and psychoeducation. My services are not a replacement for psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment
